By accessing or using REMI's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these terms for that organization.

2. Description of Service

REMI provides an AI-powered intelligence platform for real estate investment firms. Our services include deal screening, IC memo generation, portfolio monitoring, and LP reporting capabilities.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you upload to REMI. We do not claim ownership of your business data, documents, or proprietary information. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide our services.

6. AI-Generated Content

REMI uses artificial intelligence to analyze data and generate insights. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should be reviewed by qualified professionals before making investment decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated analysis or recommendations.

7. Subscription and Payment

Subscription terms include:

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may modify pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

8. Confidentiality

We treat your business data as confidential information. We will not disclose your data to third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. We maintain strict access controls and security measures to protect your information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, REMI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide you with an opportunity to export your data. We will delete your data within 90 days of termination unless legally required to retain it.

11. Modifications

We may modify these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
