Do I need IT involved?
Not initially. The pilot usually starts with email + document connectors and structured exports for tougher systems. Most business users can set this up themselves. IT can be looped in later for full connector and deployment decisions.
Will my team see anything during Shadow Mode?
Not unless you want them to. REMI runs completely in the background. You can choose to share selected outputs with your team, or keep everything hidden until the Value Reveal.
What data do you need access to?
During the pilot, we typically connect to email (for incoming OMs and broker communications) and document storage (Google Drive, SharePoint). For property management systems like Yardi and AppFolio, we commonly start with exports and map them into REMI workflows while direct connectors are evaluated.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Governance, usage, and model policy terms are defined contractually. Single-tenant options are available. See our full security documentation for details.
